About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on Beaver Run Blvd in Surfside Beach, with covered parking and outdoor spaces for rigs along with standard storage units. The lot is gated and has cameras, and access runs 24/7. Climate controlled units are available too if you need them. Reviewers mostly land on the staff. Adrianna gets named more than once for helping people sort out contracts and costs. Others call the place clean and well lit and say renting a unit went smoothly. A few mention booking online and viewing a unit before signing. Not every review is glowing. One person complained about a gate down for repairs and rates climbing repeatedly, so ask about the current monthly rate before you commit. It is a self-storage facility first, so RV spots are part of a broader lot rather than a dedicated RV yard. Call ahead to confirm what fits your rig.

What renters mention
“Store with confidence. With the holidays at hand, my wife informed me that the spare bedroom was needed for guests, not the stack of boxes that claimed every available inch. Having an unit already, I loaded up and headed over.” – Phil W., 4 years ago, on Google
“My experience renting my storage unit from Extra Space, was fantastic. From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and stress-free.” – Barry S., 8 months ago, on Google
“Adrianna amazing! My mother has had a storage unit for over 15 years at this facility. She was able to restructure the cost to make it more affordable to keep! She went above and beyond. Would highly recommend this company and staff!” – Samuel B., 5 months ago, on Google
