About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits at 1019 E Broadway Rd in Tempe, near the corner of E Broadway and S Rural. The lot handles more than household clutter, with vehicle and boat storage listed among its categories. Unit sizes run small to large, and the company says climate control and drive-up access are among the options at this location. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Jose and Ronnie get named for helping with everything from loading a jukebox to unlocking a unit, and one long-term renter has stored here since 2019 without a problem. People describe the property as clean and safe, and the online booking and app get mentioned as easy to use. The one complaint that shows up: a renter said the monthly cost went up after Extra Space took over Life Storage. The office sells moving supplies and locks, and the staff is on site during office hours. Call or reserve online before you drive over.
