About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage in Terrytown is a self-storage facility that also handles vehicle and boat storage. It sits in a spot that's easy to get in and out of, and the office is open set hours rather than around the clock. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Out of 838 Google reviews, a lot of them call out how kind and efficient the team is. One person said the space they rented was huge, and others mention the facility staying clean. A few note the climate control, and one liked the online pricing enough to sign up that way. There's an app that lets you open the door from your phone once you're standing in front of your unit. Not every review is glowing. One person had water get into their first unit and was moved to another. Another complained about customer service and said the price went up. It's worth reading through the reviews yourself before you commit. Wheelchair accessible entrance and parking are available.
