About Extra Space Storage
Reviews for this Thomasville self-storage spot keep coming back to the people at the front desk. Alana and Desiree get named for walking customers through their options and finding the right unit size. One reviewer said the staff felt welcoming from the moment they walked in. Others mention Denny showing them the numbers during a consultation. A couple of reviewers note that staff were upfront about how prices change after a prepaid promotion ends, which they appreciated. Setup moves fast, whether you go through the website or talk to someone in person. The facility offers small, medium, and large units, and it's wheelchair accessible. Not every review is glowing. One customer complained that their monthly rent jumped without a clear explanation. Worth asking how pricing works before you sign.
