About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on the Space Coast runs a self-storage facility in Titusville, and the reviews point to the front desk more than anything else. Reviewers keep naming staff members, including Denise and Harold, for being patient and kind when questions come up. One customer mentioned switching to a different unit and getting it handled in minutes. The rental process comes up often too. People describe signing up online, getting texts and emails, and using the app for digital access. A few reviewers called the rates affordable, and one said the units were spacious and the place always clean. Another lives out of state and said the team helped remotely when issues came up. Small, medium, and large units are available. The office has hours rather than 24/7 access, and the entrance and parking lot are wheelchair accessible.
