About Extra Space Storage
This Extra Space Storage sits in Tucker, Georgia, and it performs well with customers: 4.9 stars across 850 Google reviews. A lot of the comments point to the same thing. People say the space is clean, the staff is easy going, and the atmosphere feels welcoming. Several reviewers name Lisa and Natasha specifically. They describe them walking through paperwork, explaining prices, and showing customers how to use the app. One notes a month to month setup that was explained honestly. Others mention climate controlled and temperature control options, finding a unit, transferring units, and renting online. Not every review is glowing. One customer liked the inside but found the rear gate mostly open at times, and questioned pricing that rose after a few months. If you want the specifics on rates and terms, ask before you sign. The facility is wheelchair accessible, with accessible parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance.
