About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage runs a self-storage spot on the Universal City side of the San Antonio area, and the reviews lean heavily on one thing: the manager, Ursula. People mention her by name over and over. She answers questions, walks new renters through the paperwork, and makes the rental quick. One reviewer said the staff watched their units and called when something looked off. The grounds get called clean in reviews, and several people mention the gate. Reviewers also note the rental process is easy and that units were available on short notice. Online rentals come up too, so you can book before you drive over. Small, medium, and large units are listed, and the site is wheelchair accessible. Rates get described as reasonable, though no numbers are posted here. It is a self-storage facility first, with RV, boat, and car storage listed among its categories. If you want to know which units fit a rig, call ahead.
