About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on the Wentzville side runs a self-storage facility that also takes vehicles and boats. Indoor units are available, and the property is gated with code-only access, a detail reviewers call out when they talk about storing a car there. The reviews pile up around the staff. Polite comes up a lot, and so does informative. One person says they had their unit the same day; another mentions a five-minute signup for vehicle storage. A long-term customer who started small and sized up before moving out describes the place as clean and well kept and says they felt safe leaving belongings there. Not every review is warm. One visitor complains about being blocked from reaching a district manager and suggests taking business elsewhere. Worth knowing before you drive over. Online reservation and setup get mentioned too, and the office keeps regular hours rather than staying open around the clock.
