About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on Lebanon Rd in West Mifflin handles more than household overflow. Outdoor parking is available for RVs, and the lot is gated with electronic access. Climate controlled and non climate controlled units are both on site, so you can pick what suits your rig or your gear. The lot sits close to the freeway, which makes dropping off or picking up less of a chore. Reviewers bring up the staff more than anything else. Vanessa comes up by name as knowledgeable and easy to work with, and one customer said the move-in was simple. Another got help from the manager when a family member's unit needed attention. A few reviews mention rate increases after move-in. One tenant said a hike was lowered after asking. Others describe the property as well maintained and clean. It is a self-storage facility first, so call ahead about RV space before you haul out.
