About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on the West Sacramento side runs a self-storage facility that also handles vehicle and boat storage, with covered spots among the options. It is a large operation, so the unit lineup runs from small to large. Reviewers talk about the staff more than anything else. Karimah comes up by name for walking people through their needs and staying responsive, and another customer said a phone rep fixed an app problem in minutes. The rental process gets called easy, and one reviewer noted a lock was waiting at the unit for their crew. Not every review is glowing. One customer found mouse droppings on belongings after a stay, and another knocked off a star because the gate needs a keypad code instead of the app. Weekday hours apply since the office isn't open around the clock. Worth a look if covered storage and helpful people matter to you.
