About Extra Space Storage
This Extra Space location sits on Detroit Road in Westlake. Reviewers bring up the staff by name more than once, and both Bob and Jim come in for praise for being patient and clear during the rental process. The place gets called clean and well maintained again and again, and people mention the lot stays lit and locked, so coming and going at any hour feels fine. Access is 24/7. One reviewer who parks equipment there likes the mix of storage and parking and says getting in and out is easy. Not every review is glowing. A few people say the rates climb over time and note the pricing runs high, so it pays to read your lease terms before you sign. Most of the 552 reviews land at 4.9 stars.
