About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on the self-storage side of things in Willoughby carries small, medium and large units, and plenty of reviewers mention the clean facility and the polite staff. Heath and Heidi come up by name more than once. People say they explain things carefully, answer questions and help at the unit itself. It's a secure property with gate instructions, and renters describe the setup and leasing process as easy. A few note the lot has some pavement damage in one spot, and one person flagged a one-time admin charge they hadn't seen beforehand. Staff aren't always on site, so appointments are the way to go. One reviewer also mentioned the location no longer offers key holding for deliveries. The place is wheelchair accessible, with accessible parking. If you're comparing storage around Willoughby, this one has the review volume to back up its score.

What renters mention
“Great service and a great value. Does not offer key holding service any longer at this location for deliveries or other people who may need to access your unit. Staff are not always present, you're expected to schedule appointments.” – Rick (., Edited 5 years ago, on Google
“Heath! Heath! Heath! He was amazing! Explained everything in great detail, encouraged me to embrace new technology that will make my life easier as a Senior 😊 He was very patient and kind.” – Blessed 2., 7 months ago, on Google
“Fast, nice and accommodating customer service. Only negative finding was a “one time” (quite expensive) admin charge that I did not see, read or hear about in person or on website when doing my research. Otherwise a good experience.” – L L., 8 months ago, on Google
