About Extra Storage Inc.
Extra Storage Inc. sits up on the hill in Gloucester, Virginia, and the reviews make it sound like the office is the reason people stay. Joyce, Haley and Tara come up again and again, answering questions, walking people through the reservation, and helping them pick a unit size without pressure. One reviewer called a trying day better just by walking in. The place scores 4.9 across 85 Google reviews. Pricing gets mentioned a lot, and people tend to land on the same word: reasonable, worth it. Clean comes up too, both for the units and the office, which more than one person described as beautiful. Climate control is part of the setup here. It's listed as self-storage but also shows up under auto, boat, and luggage storage, so there's more than one kind of thing you can park. Hours are posted, so it isn't a 24/7 gate. Call ahead if you want to see the property before committing.
