About Five Star Mini Storage
Five Star Mini Storage sits on Hanford Armona Road between 13th and 14th Ave, right in the middle of Kings County. Drive-up units mean you pull right to the door instead of hauling gear down a hallway. Leases run month to month, so you aren't locked into a long contract. Reviewers bring up the manager, Shawn, more than anything else. People call him friendly and helpful, and one longtime renter said he has never had a bad experience here. Others mention seeing him blowing out the hallways and wiping down doors, which tracks with the cleanliness comments. The staff get called kind and welcoming, and a few folks said the sign-up process was easy. Not everyone is happy. Several reviewers who have rented here for years say the prices have climbed, and some are weighing whether to leave. One noted the entrances into the units get slick in winter. Others mention a new insurance requirement. The facility scores 4.5 from about 80 Google reviews.
