About Five Star Storage
Five Star Storage sits in Fargo, ND, and rents indoor self storage plus spots for RVs, boats, and cars. It is a gated facility with personal entry codes, so the lot tracks who comes and goes. Reviewers bring up safety and cleanliness often, and the staff gets steady praise for being pleasant and quick to answer questions. A few reviews mention hiccups. One renter did not get an email confirmation and paid for two extra months before realizing the payment went through. Another wished for 24 hour lot access instead of the current cutoff. When a leak damaged a unit, the manager reached out right away and helped that out of state owner dry belongings and move into another unit. Climate controlled storage is on the service list, and so are online rentals and payments. Rates come up in reviews as a good value. RV owners can call ahead about indoor space and access hours.
