About Five Star Storage
Five Star Storage sits on Air Base Rd in Hermantown, close to Duluth International Airport. It is a self-storage facility that also handles RV, boat, and automobile storage, with indoor units and climate controlled options listed among the services. The site is described as well-lit and secure, and it offers drive-up units plus a free online size guide so you can pick a unit before you show up. Reviewers keep mentioning the staff by name. Matt walked one customer through the process and waived an extra month's charge after a move ran long. Denise helped another find a bigger unit in the same location. Others call the place clean and well-maintained, and one repeat customer says the office has always had something to fit his needs. Not every review is warm. One long-term renter says the monthly rate climbed sharply after Five Star took over. The facility has hours rather than 24/7 access. Call or rent online.
