About Five Star Storage
Five Star Storage in Lincoln handles RV, boat, and self storage. Reviewers mention a straightforward setup and a code for access. One said getting in was good and there was more room than expected. The place looks a bit outdated at first glance. Not all reviews are positive. Some people complain about added fees, like tow or auction charges they say never happened. One person reserved an RV spot for August 1st and was told the reservation wouldn't be honored. Another said you have to rent immediately and can't hold a spot. A family member stored items here and the person helping them thought the office, driveways, and buildings could use some spiffing up. Another reviewer had medical issues and felt the staff wouldn't work with them. If you're considering this spot, read the contract carefully and ask about fees upfront.
