About Five Star Storage
Five Star Storage sits at 14450 James Road in Rogers, and it handles more than just household overflow. The service list covers automobile, boat, and business storage, plus climate controlled and enclosed options. Indoor units are available, and rentals can be set up online. Reviewers tend to bring up two things: the staff and the price. Denise gets named more than once for being friendly and quick to sort out problems, and other people describe an easy online signup and a clean unit on arrival. The gate is lit and the property is fenced, which a trailer renter called out along with how clean the buildings were. One reviewer offered a mixed take. They liked the carts and the clean facility but said the gate system was not well planned, the interior lighting in units is minimal, and the round door locks are a hassle. That same person called staff super friendly. If you plan to work inside a unit after dark, bring a light.
