About Five Star Storage
Five Star Storage runs three locations across southwest Sioux Falls and Tea, South Dakota. For RV owners, the draw is outdoor parking for rigs, boats and trailers, alongside non-climate controlled indoor units if you want your vehicle under a roof. The place is gated, and reviewers who had a good run with it call the facility clean and secure, with units easy to get to. A few mention setting up a lease online or over the phone and moving in the next day. Others say the price fit the unit size and staff worked with them on circumstances. Not every review is warm. Some complain about rude service and a confusing call-center setup when they tried to meet a manager. One calls the personal information required to rent excessive. Reviews also mention new owners, and the rating sits at 3.9 from 12 reviews. Worth reading before you commit.
