About Florida Discount Self Storage
Florida Discount Self Storage sits on State Road 50 in Clermont, on the south side of the road for miles in either direction. That puts it on the way for commuters heading to Orlando and the Florida Turnpike, and it's a short swing by the lake for boat owners. Reviewers often bring up pricing. Several note the upfront numbers, and one mentions a reservation fee that's spelled out as non refundable. Staff come up too, with Clay and Carlos named for walking people through the contract and gate code. Clean units get repeated mentions, and the gated property earns credit for security. Not every review is glowing. One renter reported roaches and spiders in a unit and canceled. Another longtime customer complained about repeated rate increases and pests outside. Access runs 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily, holidays included.
