About FLX Storage - Self Storage
This Geneva self-storage spot sets aside sites for RVs and boats alongside regular storage units, and renters get 24-hour access to what they park there. You can book a unit online from a phone or desktop and get instructions emailed back to you. The online booking and the phone line have drawn some complaints. One reviewer said the site did not show whether units were full, and clicking a unit just refreshed the page. They called and reached an answering service, and more than 10 days passed without a call back. The company says it focuses on customer service and that reaching a real person is what sets it apart from other facilities. The rating sits at 3.3 from three Google reviews, so read a few before you commit.
