About FM 812 Storage
FM 812 Storage sits on Cielo Vista Drive in Del Valle, just southeast of Austin and a short drive from COTA. It's a self-storage property with outdoor parking for RVs, boats, trucks and trailers, plus climate controlled units if you need them. New ownership and management took over in 2023, and security got most of the attention. Reviewers point to the keypad gate, the cameras and the lighting as reasons the place feels safer than it used to. Several repeat customers say the curb appeal and cleanliness changed completely with the new team, and a few mention Arthur by name for being easy to reach and willing to work with them when things got hard. Not every review is glowing. One customer reported a break-in at their unit and said follow-up from management was slow to come. Worth reading the reviews yourself before you commit. If you're parking a rig near the track, the gate and lights are the draw.
