About Frankfort Storage
Frankfort Storage runs a few locations around town, on Elm Street/Hall Street and out on M-115. The setup is simple: drive-up access, climate-controlled units, and spots for boats, cars and RVs. You get 24-hour access and can pay bills and manage your account online. It's a small family business, and reviewers keep coming back to that. The owners, Leigh Ann and Dave, get called wonderful and accommodating, and one boater says it's their only choice for boat storage. Another person storing belongings longer than planned felt everything was safe, private and supervised, partly because the owners live right on the premises. Communication gets mixed marks. One reviewer called it spotty while still praising the service. Others found the staff responsive to issues and easy to deal with. The common thread is fair pricing and a no-hassle experience.
