About FreeUp Storage Havelock
FreeUp Storage sits on McCotter Blvd in Havelock, a short drive from MCAS Cherry Point. RV and boat storage are both on the service list, alongside climate controlled units and exterior drive-up spaces. The lot is gated, well lit, and covered by cameras running around the clock. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff by name. Laura, Karen, Jeanna, Ramona and Nicole all get shout-outs for walking people through setup, fixing gate codes after hours, and making a unit transfer easy. One person described the rental process as pain free. Others mention no hidden fees and simple online booking. A few honest notes from reviews. It is a big property and someone said it is easy to get lost at first, so ask for directions to your unit. Another reviewer mentioned spiders in the units. The virtual receptionist did not work for one person, though live staff answered quickly in other reviews.
