About FreeUp Storage Tyler

FreeUp Storage sits on County Rd 384 in Tyler, and it's a veteran-owned operation. You get drive-up access and indoor climate-controlled units in a range of sizes. There's also parking for RVs, boats and cars if you just need a spot for the rig. The property is gated and well lit, with cameras and 24-7 surveillance. Reviewers keep coming back to how clean the place stays. One person has been there over two years and says they've never had a bug issue. Others mention feeling their stuff is safe. Staff come up a lot in the reviews. Michelle, Janice, Donelle and Rick all get named for being helpful and straight with people. A few folks found the phone and online system frustrating, though, and said things smoothed out once they talked to a person. Online bill pay and monthly rental agreements round it out.
