About Friendly RV Outdoor Storage
Friendly RV Outdoor Storage on the east side of Sterling Heights handles RVs and boats, with both indoor and outdoor spots. The lot is gravel, not concrete, so expect some dust. Security cameras are on site, and there's a dump station for campers. Reviewers often mention the friendly staff and owner. One noted the manager came out to check a new tow vehicle and remembered them right away. Another said the place is well kept and the owner is a stand up guy. Others have complained about the gate being open during the day and the owner being hard to deal with. Some renters have had issues with yearly price hikes and strict lease terms. A few mention a waiting list. If you're okay with gravel and a yearly commitment, it's worth a look. The office is on site, and people say the signup process is easy.
