Gallatin Mini Storage

About Gallatin Mini Storage

Gallatin Mini Storage sits in Gallatin, Tennessee, and works as a self-storage and moving stop rather than a storage-only lot. They also sell boxes and moving supplies and rent out U-Haul trucks. Reviews are split, and it shows. Several people call out the crew as friendly and helpful, and more than one names Cherri for being accommodating and informative, with a good sense of humor. Others describe a clean place and good customer service. The complaints mostly center on U-Haul reservations. Reviewers say trucks were not there at the reserved time, mobile check-in failed, and a sign on the door listed a noon closing when a 4:15 PM reservation was set. Some say their calls to the local and emergency lines went unanswered. If you are booking a truck, the pattern in the reviews is worth reading before you commit. For storage and supplies, the staff gets steady praise.
