About Garage Unitz
Garage Unitz sells and rents indoor garage condo units in Dacono, north of Denver. These are enclosed spaces, not open parking, so your rig sits behind a door instead of out in the weather. Reviewers give it 4.9 stars across 18 reviews, and the same themes keep coming up: security and the manager, John. One person who has kept a unit for eight years calls it secure, responsive, clean and safe. Another toured several garage condo sites around the metro and picked this one, citing the brick wainscot, the brick posts on the security fence, and the clubhouse and facilities. Others mention the units as upscale and the place as a good fit for protecting a vehicle collection or business equipment. A couple of reviews joke about a sketchy electrician, so read those if it matters to you. Hours are posted, but it is not open around the clock.
