About GarageCondos

GarageCondos in Castle Rock sells units rather than renting them, so you own the space your rig sits in. Each one is climate controlled and customizable, with wiring set up for internet, HDTV, security systems and cameras. Wide drive aisles make backing a larger RV less of a project. Reviewers describe the facilities as immaculate, modern and spacious, and more than one mentions staff and owners going the extra mile. They also call the garages well designed and well constructed. A few reviews note the place is still being built out, with more garages going up, so expect construction on site depending on when you visit. The site has been operating since 2003 and has a clubhouse with restrooms. Access is 24/7. It's listed as automobile, boat and RV storage, so it isn't RV-only. One reviewer's caveat: it helps to have the funds, since this is a purchase, not a monthly rental.
