About Gateway Self Storage
Gateway Self Storage sits in Columbus and handles self-storage plus vehicle and boat parking. Drive-up access means you pull right up to your unit instead of hauling things down a hallway. Online autopay is there for people who would rather not think about a monthly bill. The reviews point at the people more than the property. Staff get called kind and patient again and again, and several reviewers describe setting up a unit in a few minutes. One mentions being walked through the rules and shown units without feeling rushed. Another says the team worked with them when money got tight so they did not lose their belongings. Cleanliness and security come up too, along with climate control and alarm monitoring on the service list. There are moving trucks, carts and packing supplies if you need them. The facility is wheelchair accessible. Call or start the rental online.
