About General RV Center
General RV Center sits off Route 131 in Wayland, and it wears a few hats. It is a dealer first, with hundreds of new and used motorhomes, fifth wheels, travel trailers and pop-up campers on the lot. Covered storage is mentioned, and cameras are part of the setup. Reviewers talk about the sales side often. Several say they walked in expecting pressure and got the opposite, with patient staff showing multiple options within a budget. Others had a pushier visit, so the experience can vary by salesperson. Service comes up too, especially warranty work and winterization, and one reviewer names a service lane foreman who handled repeat issues quickly. The parts store covers accessories, and hitch installation shows up in reviews. Scheduling is a common topic, which makes sense for a place this size. It is a busy lot, and the 4.3 rating across more than 1,200 reviews reflects a mix of happy buyers and a few frustrated ones.
