About Golden Sierra Estates
Golden Sierra Estates sits on Tuolumne Rd in Sonora, a quiet park that reviewers often call clean and well-kept. The recreation room, kitchen, showers, and laundry are spotless according to one resident, and management gets praise for being friendly and helpful. It's an RV and mobile home community, so you'd be parking among long-term neighbors rather than in a bare lot. A few things to know from the reviews. One resident warns that buying a home here means you're on the hook for trimming the tall pines if the park flags them, so read the rules before you commit. Another points out that pulling out onto the 50 mph road takes some nerve, since traffic moves faster than it should. And one reviewer felt the monthly space rent was steep for what you get. Google shows a 3.9 from 41 reviews. If you want a calm spot with a clubhouse and fitness area, it's worth a look. Just ask about the fine print first.
