About GOPHER STATE STORAGE— HARRIS
A fenced, gated lot in Harris with RV and boat parking, kept well lit and watched by cameras. You can book and pay online, and doing it that way saves the admin fee. Big units are available, and the site is new. Reviewers bring up the staff often. John comes up by name as friendly and helpful, and several people call the place clean. Easy access and the drive-through layout get mentions too, and one camper owner keeps renting an outside spot after their indoor unit days ended. A few people point to the location as a plus. Not everything lands well. Some reviews describe water damage and mold in units, and the lease is said to release the facility from liability. Others mention snow and ice making units hard to reach in winter, rent increases, and forced insurance. It sits at 4.3 stars across 43 reviews, so read the lease closely before you sign.
