About Gorilla Storage
Gorilla Storage sits in Wooster, Ohio, and runs a fenced, gated lot with outdoor parking for RVs, boats, cars and household overflow. Cameras watch the property, and the lot is lit. Access is extended, though the place is not open around the clock. Reviewers keep coming back to two things: how clean the units and grounds are, and how quickly someone picks up the phone. One person moving to Wooster said other places never answered emails or calls, while this one had them in a unit in about 20 minutes. Longer-term renters describe staff working with them on timing and on cost when they moved out. Rentals and bill pay run online, and leases go month to month. It is a locally owned operation, which shows in the service notes. Rates are not listed here, so ask when you call.
