About GOT Storage
GOT Storage in Layton runs a self-storage facility that handles more than just RVs. You'll find covered and climate-controlled units, plus parking for cars and boats. They also sell packing supplies and have dollies and moving carts on site. Reviewers keep mentioning the staff. Josh and Kirsten get named for being patient and answering questions. Several people note the quick rental process and the free lock that comes with a unit. The free moving truck for new move-ins comes up too, and one reviewer was glad to find it available last minute. Not every review is glowing. One person wrote about spiderwebs and gaps in the siding, and another said a company truck blocked their unit after office hours. The place holds a 4.4 rating from 224 reviews, so most experiences land on the positive side. If you need 24hr access, ask about it upfront.

What renters mention
“Josh was amazing. Came in and got a unit in 30 minutes. They offer a unit rental coverage if you do not have it for 15 bucks which is great. We use USAA and they covered it but having the option was great.” – Daryl H., 5 months ago, on Google
“We needed a unit asap, Cassidy was able to help immediately and as we were going to look at a space i noticed their small box truck that said FREE for new move in's! This was exactly what we needed and was available.” – Jinny U., a year ago, on Google
“I have been with Got Storage for a year and just renewed my contract. Kirsten was wonderful and she has patience and answers all questions. Josh was also wonderful and helpful.” – Kanoka N., 2 years ago, on Google
