Grace Space Storage

About Grace Space Storage

Grace Space Storage sits on Research Parkway in Huntsville. It has 125 units that measure 20 by 50 feet, which works out to 1,000 square feet each. The owner says these are the largest units in town, and they were built for RVs and boats. Each one comes with lights and a 30 amp electrical service. The driveways are 80 feet wide, so backing a big rig in is less of a squeeze. Access is 24/7, and the property also stores boats. Reviews are mixed. One person praised the manager for meeting them at their unit and helping when a key was locked inside. Another called her kind and caring. Others complain about money: two price increases in six months, a gate that stayed broken for weeks, and multiple break-ins with the gate left open at night. The Google rating is 3.0 from 4 reviews. If you want a huge powered bay, the size is the draw. Ask about gate security and recent rate changes before you sign.
