About Grand Avenue Storage
Grand Avenue Storage is a gated self-storage spot in Eldon, Missouri, and it also takes boats and RVs. Access runs around the clock, and cameras watch the grounds. The reviews are mixed, so go in with your eyes open. Several renters mention the gate and the surveillance cameras and say they feel fine leaving their stuff. A few call the staff kind and helpful, with one person noting Nancy was responsive and another saying the owner came out on a Sunday to rent a unit. Others had trouble getting someone on the phone, and one renter waited at the gate for a meeting that did not happen. Deposit experiences vary too. One person got theirs back quickly, another says they could not reach anyone about it. If you want a gated spot with cameras and 24/7 access, it is worth a look.
