About Grand Central Storage
Grand Central Storage on the self-storage side of Fort Smith handles climate-controlled and regular units, and it sets aside space for RV and boat parking too. The office also sells boxes and moving supplies and rents out U-Haul equipment, so you can load up in one stop. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Stephanie gets named more than once, and people describe the crew as polite and quick to help. Cleanliness and security come up as well, with one reviewer calling it safe, clean and friendly. Not every note is glowing. One person complained that nobody answered the phone for weeks while a payment was due, and another said the hallways in the climate-controlled building could use a sweep. A third mentioned rain getting into an outdoor unit and a tight driveway. Ratings sit at 4.4 from 36 reviews, so most folks come away satisfied. Hours vary, so check before you haul the rig over.
