About Grand Storage
Grand Storage in Grand Forks offers self-storage and outdoor parking for vehicles and boats. It's a U-Haul dealer too, so you can handle moving supplies and rentals on site. Reviewers often mention the friendly, professional staff. One customer said the people are the best part of the operation. Pricing gets called reasonable, and some units are described as clean and dry. But not everyone has had that experience: one review complained of a very dirty unit, and another said a boat was tampered with and the facility didn't know about it. Security is a recurring topic in the reviews. U-Haul service has also drawn complaints about long waits and reservation mix-ups. With a 3.6-star average from 37 reviews, it's a mixed bag. If you need a spot in Grand Forks, it's worth a look, but read the reviews and check the space yourself before you commit.
