About Gray's Creek Self Storage
Gray's Creek Self Storage sits in Hope Mills and rents units from 5x5 up to 10x30, so there is room for household goods, business files, or a rig. You can book and pay online instead of driving over first. Reviewers bring up the staff by name. Marcus and Marvin get credit for walking people through the online booking, and one person said it beat going to the office in person. The office manager Chelsee comes up too, called professional and friendly. Several people mention the place is clean and easy to get into at any hour. Not every review is glowing. One renter said rent had gone up about $30 a month in a year and cleared out the unit. Another had trouble with an access code after the code system changed. Worth knowing before you sign.
