Great Value Storage

About Great Value Storage

Great Value Storage on the Leander side rents space for RVs, boats and trailers alongside regular self-storage. It has a 3.5-star average across 15 Google reviews, and the feedback splits sharply between the people who work there and how the lot is run. Security is the recurring complaint. Several reviewers say the lights were out for months and the lot went dark. One wrote that the gate stayed stuck open for three weeks. Others describe a cut fence and a battery and wiring pulled from an RV. A boater said items were taken off a boat and a kayak went missing. People mention cameras mostly to say there aren't enough. Rent and the manager come up often too. One renter paid six months up front and stayed only for that reason. Another says they were told for months that the gate was being fixed. Employees get a warmer mention, though some reviewers pin the problems on ownership. Hours are posted, and the office isn't open around the clock.
