Greenwood Mini Storage

About Greenwood Mini Storage

Greenwood Mini Storage sits in Orland and handles two jobs at once: standard self storage units and outdoor parking for RVs, boats and cars. Unit sizes run from 5'x8' up to 8'x40', so there is room for a rig alongside whatever else you need to stash. The site has cameras and the lot is kept clean. Reviewers tend to agree on the manager. Several call her helpful and professional, and one long-term renter said management responded quickly and they never had an access problem in two years. Another praised the price on an 8x20, saying it came in cheaper than other spots in town, and noted cameras plus alarms on site. Not every review is glowing. One person reported a break-in and said the cameras only held about two weeks of footage. Another mentioned the office is closed Mondays and Tuesdays, which can be a snag if you need in on those days. Ask about access hours and key pickup before you commit. Online payments are available.
