About Greenwood Self Storage
Greenwood Self Storage sits in Greenwood, Indiana, and it's a self-storage spot that also lists RV, boat, and auto storage among its categories. There's 24 hour access and 16 digital video cameras on site. New customers get free truck rental, and the office handles delivery acceptance too. Climate control is offered, and online payments and packing supplies are part of the setup. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Pleasant is the word that shows up most, and several people name Craig and Courtney for being helpful and clear about how things work. A few mention the manager living on site, which they tie to feeling safe. Others bring up the free truck at move-in and rates they call competitive. One long-term renter says the building stays clean and the climate control holds steady year-round. The office has real people in it, not just a screen. If you want to see a unit first, stop by during hours and ask about RV space.

“Honestly, I’ve been there since 2020, and the only real issues I’ve ever had were with the carts, the cameras at the elevator, and the elevator being very hot. Over time, all of those things have been replaced or fixed.” – James, a year ago, on Google
“Amazing Customer Service! Courtney was incredibly helpful and professional from start to finish. She went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and that I had exactly what I needed.” – Denver, 11 months ago, on Google
