About Guthrie's Self Storage
Guthrie's Self Storage opened in January 2021 on West 72 in Madison. They offer household storage plus parking for cars, RVs, and boats, with climate-controlled units available. The property is gated and has security cameras, and you get 24/7 keypad access. They also sell moving supplies and rent U-Haul trucks. Reviewers often mention Becky and other staff by name for being helpful, especially with U-Haul rentals and auto transport. One customer said she went above and beyond after hours to help with a damage claim. The crew gets credit for making first-time renters feel at ease. Not every review is positive. One person had a U-Haul reservation changed less than a day before pickup, and another complained about unanswered phone calls and no one in the office. Overall, the place earns a 4.5 rating from 42 Google reviews, with people frequently highlighting the trailer and truck rental service.
