About Hardcastle Self Storage
Hardcastle Self Storage in Lavon offers covered parking for RVs, along with mini storage units and space on the trailer and boat side. The gate runs on electric coded entry and is open 6am to 9pm, so it is not a 24-hour lot. Reviewers tend to bring up the staff first. Lisa gets named for walking people through the details before they make the drive over and for making them feel welcome. Others call it a clean place with good security at a fair price, and one trailer owner liked how easy it was to get in and out from the Rockwall side. Not every review is positive. Some renters report mice and rats getting into units because the doors and sides do not close tight, and one RV owner wrote about theft and a break-in under newer management. Worth reading the reviews yourself before you commit.
