About Heartland Storage
Heartland Storage sits off Highway 413 and 13 in Branson West, with indoor and outdoor storage plus climate-controlled units and commercial space. The place is fenced with keypad gate access, 24/7 video cameras, and exterior lighting. You can rent online and move in the same day. Reviewers often mention how quick the rental process is, and several say the staff is friendly and helpful. One person noted the unit was clean with no smells and a brand new lock still in its package inside the door. Others call the lot well-lit and secure. A few mention that rates have gone up and that getting a person on the phone can be a pain, so it's worth asking about billing and move-out policies before you sign. If you need a spot for an RV, boat, or just extra stuff, it's worth a look. The staff gets praise for being welcoming and efficient, though some have had trouble reaching someone by phone.
