About Helios Storage
Helios Storage is a self-storage facility in Hot Springs, Arkansas, with climate-controlled units and a solar-powered setup. It sits near Lakeside Pharmacy, Hot Springs Country Club, and the Garvan Woodland Gardens, so you can swing by on the way to or from those spots. The place runs mostly remote, with contactless rentals and online payments. Phone support is available 8a to 8p, seven days a week, and reviewers mention Rose, Anne, and Marianne by name for being polite and answering questions. One noted getting a unit in 15 minutes or less. Another called the units very clean and in great shape. A few reviews mention the well-lit grounds and easy access. Google scores it 4.7 from 86 reviews. Not every review is glowing: one renter hit a snag with the online rental process freezing during document signing. Worth knowing before you start the paperwork online.
