Highlands Storage

About Highlands Storage

Highlands Storage sits right on HWY 279 in Hiwasse, and it handles more than household goods. The facility offers covered units, covered units with electricity, and open-air spots, and boat storage is part of the setup. Reviewers mention parking everything from camper trailers to a Class B RV and a Toy Hauler 5th wheel, mostly in outdoor spots they describe as easy to get in and out of. The place runs on a mix of on-site staff during business hours and phone help after hours. One reviewer called the owner personable and easy to work with, and said the security system left them feeling their trailers and RV were well secured. Other reviews are less kind. Several complain about units that did not match what was advertised, trouble getting refunds, and gate codes that failed. A few describe unanswered calls and rentals that kept billing after they tried to cancel. The rating sits at 3.8 from 29 reviews, so the experiences are split. If you are storing a camper here, confirm the exact unit type and access details before you pay.
