About Hillcrest-U-Stor
Hillcrest U-Stor is a locally owned storage lot on the edge of Ossian, and it has been run by the same people for over 30 years. You get round-the-clock access, and the grounds are lit and covered with cameras. There is no gate and no fence, which some renters point out right away. Cleanliness comes up most in the reviews, and the owner gets called courteous and quick to answer a call or text. One reviewer was glad there was no big startup fee and no pushy sales talk. Others say it is expensive and complain about late fees added after the first of the month. A few reviews are blunt about rude treatment over payment. Go in knowing both sides. The lot is neat and the lighting is good, but the payment terms draw sharp words from some renters.
