About Hilltop Storage
Hilltop Storage sits in McKinney and takes RVs alongside regular household goods. Reviewers keep coming back to the condition of the place: clean units, clean driveways around them, and room to move between rows. One customer called it easy to get to with plenty of space between units. Staff get named a lot. Megan, the manager, is singled out for walking people through what's available and how it stacks up on budget. Others mention Hunter and the weekday front desk folks as pleasant and on the ball. Someone is around during the day on weekdays for questions and monthly payments. Food trucks park nearby, which more than one reviewer brought up. A couple of people describe it as family owned. The gripes are minor and specific: one reviewer was unhappy about getting in and out and a no-smoking rule outside the units. Hours apply, so don't count on late-night access.
